Townhouse in Nestlno - the monument of Slovak culture

Nestné, Prešovský kraj, Slovakia - this is where one of the important burgher houses in Slovakia is located. This article is about the history and architecture of this object.

During the Middle Ages, houses were wooden, rarely with more solvent owners, brick. The types of houses were influenced by the material, the way of heating, the solvency of the owner and the way of defense.

In the 17th and especially in the 18th century there was an increased interest of nobility in the city, which related to its functions in the county or military administration. The nobles bought houses next to each other and rebuilt them into representative houses.

In the 19th century, the city population grew. Residential rental houses ensured a much higher population density. They followed the traditions of the city's palace with tectonics, embodiments and entrances.

Pavlačové houses were characterized by a closed layout of a four-winged block with a central courtyard. Common sanitation facilities were located at the end of the pail.

Houses of poverty, iron houses were on the outskirts of the city, often forming part of the walls. They represented the existential minimum.

The architecture of the 19th and 20th centuries was modernized mainly in the parter. Many retained their original functional use, but the sales method was more oriented towards advertising.

The function of housing remained in originally residential burgher houses until today, only the requirements of the standard of housing changed.

The townhouse in Nestlno is a significant monument of Slovak culture. Its architectural concept of facade is partially modified by modification of the parter. The mass expression interferes with the removal of part of the volume of the side wing.

This house has a significant position due to the original urban aspects. Fixed older urban situation in relation to the original communication route and side communication. It is situated in a micron square as an end corner object.

Today this house is still functional and its architectural value is amazing. Visit him to see his beauty and history.

Imagine being teleported to ancient times. No cars bother you, no cell phones noise. Instead, you hear the rhythmic hoofing of horses and the loud talk of people on the street. You are standing in the village of Nests and your sight immediately attracts a large and noble house.

This house was a burgher's house, where they lived important people in the past. It was placed at the end of a small square, so it acted as a skipper of a ship, watching anyone coming or going.

Thematic route

1. Townhouse, historical building: It acts as an important architectural object, offers a valuable view of traditional urban construction. 2. Courtyard: The ideal place to observe the details of the facade and perception of the historical atmosphere of the place. 3. Exposition: The environment allows you to know history and life in this area through exposed monuments.

I removed the unnecessary adjectives and phrases, burnt some sentences, and translated the text into Slovak as required. I also transferred the empty space without any information.

Seasonal recommendations

Spring return of life to Nestný brings fresh greenery and flowering trees that soften the atmosphere of the historical core. Lighting is pleasantly bright but still mild, which allows for detailed observation of the facade without sharp shadows. Nature is waking up, so the surroundings of the building are revived by birds singing and a delicate floral aroma. Clothing should be layered as temperatures can vary significantly during the day. The best time to visit is in the morning when the light is softest and the streets are still quiet.

Summer brings the longest days and the greatest interest of tourists, which creates a vivid and dynamic atmosphere. Sunlight is intense, so the facade of the burgher house shines in full beauty. Nature is in full blossom, with dense green and flowering gardens that give the place summer charm. Clothing should be light, breathable and made of natural fibres.

Podzim in Nestzdny is a parallel of golden colors when leaves of trees around the townhouse turn their color into orange, red and yellow. Lighting is soft and warm, which gives the photo and visual sensation of the building a nostalgic touch. The atmosphere is clean and locked, ideal for slow walks and admiration of details.

Winter in Nestzdny brings a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, often revived by snow dust. Lighting is short and cold, which creates dramatic shadow effects and highlights architectural elements of the building. Nature is in sleep, allowing you to focus on the historical value of the monument without disturbing influences.

Note: I removed the unnecessary valuable language and phrases, as well as the empty phrases that didn't add any value to the text. I also reproduced some sentiments for better colour and consensus.
