The monument of the farmer's estate in the village Ždiar is evidence of folk architecture, which dates back to 1920. The area of this monument consists of five objects registered by the Slovak Monument Office.
Part of the complex is a folk house with log structure, which was established around 1920. It is complemented by two economic buildings with log structure and barn with a stable, whose own log structure. The whole complex closes the well with a brick and wooden structure.
The monument is located at No. 425 in the village Ždiar and is registered in the Register of the Monument Office of the Slovak Republic under number ÚZPF 3679 (under the broader number 416-3679). The building is protected as a national cultural monument.
