National cultural monument ensemble of residential houses in the village Bratislava-Old Town in the Bratislava region. Constructions are dated to the turn of the 14th and 15th centuries.
The complex, registered by the Monument Office of the Slovak Republic under the number of ÚZPF 147, consists of two objects. Radový pavlačový dom, named the House of Apartment i., is made in late baroque and its dating falls into the period of the turn of the 14th and 15th century. The second building, a terraced staircase house, designated as the House of Housing ii., is made in the style of classicalism and its dating falls after 1780.
Objects are located at Hviezdoslavovo Square 174/15 in the cadastral area of Bratislava-Old Town. The exact location of the area is determined by GPS coordinates 48.14130, 17.10580. The entire complex is protected within the list of national cultural monuments of the Slovak Republic.
These apartment buildings are located in the center of Bratislava and represent a concrete example of urban buildings from different historical periods. We recommend visiting them at the historical core of the city.
