The Pongrácz manor house, also known as the Manor house in Krasňany, is a late-renaissance building located in the village Krasňany in the Žilina region. This historical object is from the 17th century and was declared a national cultural monument on 5 November 1963, thus becoming part of the Central List of Monument Fund under the number 1350/1.
The manor house was created as a combination of two separate buildings built next to each other. The first manor house was built on the site of an older treatment between 1667 and 1678, while the second, newer manor house appeared in the late 17th century. In the 18th century, both manor houses were joined by a new wing built on the ground floor, creating a single complex.
The older manor house has a ground plan in the shape of the letter U and is decorated with a pair of prism-shaped tower with a preserved sgraffit ornament. The younger manor house, on the other hand, has a L-shaped ground plan, three circular towers on the corners and arcades in the courtyard. Renaissance portals and cross vaults were also preserved in both buildings.
The manor house has undergone several major renovations, first in 1898 - 1912 and later again in 1967 - 1980.
